Our company was originally formed in the Algarve in 2010, although the owner has been involved in projects in the Algarve since 2007.

We are specialists in Home Technology (Home Automation(Domotica), Home Cinema, Security and Audio Visual) and provide installation and commissioning services for new build and refurbishment properties. We cover the entire Algarve (we are very close to Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago, Vila Sol, Santa Barbara de Nexe, Sao Bras, Vilamoura and Albufeira as well as projects further North(Lisbon, Setubal, Porto).

We also provide consultation, design and installation services for  projects outside of Portugal. This includes work in the Super Yacht industry, Assisted Living and Luxury properties throughout Europe and in the USA.

Part of our service portfolio is 'Project Rescue'. We get asked to consult on projects that have been completed but do not work and projects that have never been completed - either down to problems at build stage or companies no longer trading.  In a lot of cases we are able to use what is in situ and build on this to get it to a working system. However, this is not always possible.

 

We provide a full design, installation and commissioning service for all of our products and we have many years of experience in our industry. All of the software for Domotica/Automation is written in-house, we do not use subcontractors and we are one of the few, fully qualified, Lutron Homeworks QS/QSX/ Lutron Palladiom Shading/ AMX / KNX / Savant / 2N/ Hikvision /Kaleidescape dealer/specialists in Portugal. All of these are Global brands, with proven reliability and support.

 

Our company focus is providing high quality equipment that meets, or exceeds, the customer's expectation but also meets the customer's needs, budget and requirements. Our project focus is to deliver a high quality installation as agreed with the owner, ON TIME and ON AGREED BUDGET, with no surprises at the end of the project.

In short, we create customised exclusive spaces that are bespoke to the people that live in them. During the ownership lifetime, if the customer's needs change - our systems can also be adjusted to suit , as they are software controlled.

Our projects range from simple sound and/or TV systems, right the way through to fully Automated Homes including security/Lighting control/blinds/Audio/Video/Gate access control. All of the products that we supply are tried and tested by us before they land on your project, you will not be a test bed for new technology. We choose our product range for both features and reliability.

 

Our company has both English and Portuguese speaking Engineers and we understand the build process in Portugal, extremely well. We can take away the worry of designing and implementing the technology that is needed to make your property a pleasure to live in, whilst you enjoy watching your property come together.
